My Favourite Anti – Inflammatory foods:
Cruciferous vegetables – broccoli, kale, cabbage, bok choy.
Omega 3 rich foods – flaxseeds, walnuts, beans, cold water oily fish. Omega 3 are paramount in reducing the body’s inflammatory status.
Ginger. Very potent anti – inflammatory, reducing pain associated with osteoarthritis and other inflammatory illnesses.
Goldenseal root and Oregon grape root. Contain berberine, which is a natural antibiotic with powerful anti- inflammatory properties
Celery, Chamomile Tea and Green Peppers. Contains Luteolin, which suppresses cancer by stimulating enzymes and supports elimination of toxins.
Turmeric. It’s active component, cur cumin, blocks TNF (tutor necrosis factor) and decreases tutor growth deficiency.
Blackberries, Spinach, Onions, and Cucumbers. Full of Kaempferol and Quercetin, which inhibit uric acid synthesis.
Oranges, Grapefruit. Contain Apegenin, which scavenges free radicals and supports detoxification pathways.
