I often deal with cravings in my work as a nutritionist, and this super-easy chia drink recipe to prevent all – too-common afternoon slump and also to loose weight:
• 1/2 cup of purified water
• 1/2 cup of coconut water
• 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
• 2 Tbsp. fruit e.g. blueberry
• Juice of half a lime
In a blender, soak the chia seeds in coconut water for 15 minutes.
Add the fruit and lime juice and blend briefly.
